Information we collect
The inquiry form may collect your name, role, company or brand, website or social link, work email, country, objective, rough budget, requested service scope and any message you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your inquiry, communicate with you, prepare a recommendation or proposal, and maintain a record of the business conversation where reasonably necessary.
How the form works
The inquiry form posts directly to a Cloudflare Worker running on seoulpopup.com. The Worker sends the contents to our team inbox by email and keeps no separate database of submissions. No third-party form service receives your details.
Alongside what you type, the notification includes the country Cloudflare derives from your IP address and the time of submission. Your IP address itself is used only, and only momentarily, to rate-limit the form against spam; it is not stored or included in the email.
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and processes the request; Google (Google Workspace) hosts the inbox that receives it. Both act as service providers to us.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts. We do not track you across sites and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, this policy and the site will say so before it does.
Retention
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, the resulting business relationship, internal recordkeeping, or legal obligations.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website or respond to your inquiry, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal requirements, by emailing hello@disrupt.co.kr.
International inquiries
SEOULPOP works with global brands. If you contact us from outside Korea, your information may be processed in Korea and by service providers used to operate the website and business communication.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website, our service providers or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of the page will reflect the latest revision.
